I've just used Easy Transfer to tranfer files & settings from XP to Vista
(two different computers). I'm now regretting it and want to restore back to
my original Vista install. Is there any easy way to undo the Easy Transfer.

Try a system Restore.
Start>Accessories>system Tools>System Restore
Turn off your anti-virus before you do it.
