can't start bleutooth

Hoe start ik bluetooth op Vista - how do I start bluetooth op Vistya ?

You must have a BT (BlueTooth) device attached and then:

1. Check problem devices in Device Manager, Update problem device driver, or
2. try via Add Hardware wizard.

Vista will install whatever BT services available when the device will be
recognized.
