If you have a laptop, you can't use the product key on the sticker found on the underside because that is the Windows Vista key. If you have a desktop, you can't use the product key on the sticker found on the side panel because that is the Windows Vista key. The MS Word key will be on the MS Word packaging. An 8 (number eight) can look a lot like a B (letter B) and a Q (letter Q) can look a lot like an O (letter O) and so on. It's a common issue. And, the product key will be on the packaging (do not throw away the disk packaging!) that your copy of Word came in. |
