I have a tv tuner, which was working fine for a couple months. Then I ran
into a problem w/ my computer, and was forced to restore the hard drive. So
when I went back to install the tv tuner in the Media Center, whenever I get
to the part when the setup tries to download the regional settings, it
doesn't download. It just sits at 0%. Any way of resolving this?
