hi i have vista basic when i turn on my laptop it all goes fine then all of a
sudden the screen goes blank an i cant see anything on it apart from the
screen saver but i can still access my controll panel if i act fast if not i
have to restart the computer by pushing cntrl , alt , del can anyone please
please help my here? thanks

Act fast......turn off your screen saver........then get back to us

Can you start up in safe mode and disable the screen saver?
