A really strange question about Customer Preview Program

When the Vista Beta 2 was released to the public, I paid about US$20 for the
Beta 2 and RC1 (I live in Europe; that is why it is so high). But in the
meanwhile I became a Beta tester for Windows Vista (a connect user). So is it
somehow possible not to receive RC1 although I paid for it. I don't care
about losing 20$. The primary reason is additional expenses. For the Beta 2 I
paid additional US $70 for tax and stuff like that when I received the discs.

So can anyone help me? I don't know who to contact about this strange request.

Thanks

Re: A really strange question about Customer Preview Program

Just refuse the shipment when it arrives.

Re: A really strange question about Customer Preview Program

I live in the USA. Most of my family is in Canada. I sent an iPod as a
gift for a niece via UPS, and paid about $30.00 for shipping. My sister had
to pay UPS over $100.00 to receive the package, because of Canadian taxation
and tariff levies. Needless to say, I won't be shipping any more gifts
anytime soon.

Re: A really strange question about Customer Preview Program

Wow that tax is mindblowing. Where can I find an IPOD in the US for $30 any
model? Even a 1GB Nano is considerazbly more. BTW the ole Softie Zune will
cost $300 when it hits stores.

Re: A really strange question about Customer Preview Program

Gotta pay for socialized medicine somehow...

And it was the shipping from me to her that was $30.00 I don't remember the
price of the iPod. It was a pink, engraved Mini direct from Apple, so,
whatever that cost at the time.

I also live in Europe, England, and received my Beta 2 discs in the
post, extra cost was £0, just signed for them and that was that. Nothing
extra.
