ACPi Bios does not contain an IRQ device for the device in PCI slo

hi this error keeps restarting my computer. Only thing i have ever done with
a pci slot was put in a graphics card and just installed the latest drivers.
so how do i get this to stop?

Go to system properties/advanced/startup and uncheck automatic startup Then
post back with a real error code and message
