Documents link missing from start menu

Vista Build 5472 and right click on start menu and select display documents
on the start menu as a link but it does not show. I have rebooted, changed
the setting to all 3 options hoping that it would come back but to no avail.
This occured after trying to move the location to D:\ I have carefully
checked it is not just named wrong as there are no extra start menu items on
the right with the Link activated or switched off. Any clues apreciated.
