| | RE: Upgrade from XPSP2 Hi Or, I have successfully gotten Upgrade to run (never well) in previous versions, and like I said it is not completely ironed out. | | Re: Upgrade from XPSP2 Are you booting to the CD or inserting from the Desktop? I was unable to upgrade Windows XP Pro to Vista Build 5600 by booting to the CD. However the upgrade went fine when I inserted the CD at the Desktop and followed the prompts for an upgrade. -- Jupiter Jones [MVP] http://www3.telus.net/dandemar http://www.dts-l.org "Or Tsemah" <OrTsemah@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:319703AA-FB28-4BCD-9991-56A19C736797@microsoft.com... > The upgrade button is grayed out and i get an error saying: > "The upgrade complience Checks could not be performed" > > Build: RC1 > AV Disabled > > Anyone? > > Or. |
