Vista - 0x800705B4 turns into 0x80072f8f????

I tried the fix Tony Krijnen posted for 0x800705B4, and now I am getting this
message when it tries to activate. Activation failed, and now it gives me
the following...

Code:0x80072f8f

Description: Unable to find detailed error description

The Facility Code is win 32(0x07)
Facility Error: 0x2f8f(12175L)

....I tried to reenter the code, same situation. I tried to do it on the
phone, and the activation code it read to me(which means it accepted my
product key) resulted in an error.

I am a registered partner, but I don't think I get support at my level, so I
am not sure how to get it to work. I should have 10 licenses avail to me,
but it just will not activate.

any assistance one could provide would be awesome.
