Vista - Connecting to internet with RC1

What if this option is not present in the Advance tab??

I do not have the option to disable IPv4 offload checksum. Anyone know any
other way to fix the RC1 internet connection problem?

I also do not have the option to disable TCP Checksum Offload for ip4 and
IPv6. The option is not there. Does anyone have any suggestions to connect
to the internet with RC1. I have an HP dv8000 laptop.
