how do i enable hardware acceleration in vista home premium i just can't findit

The option to enable or disable hardware acceleration if available with
your graphics card is a function of the Video decoder software you are
using. If you are using the Mpeg2 decoder built into Vista HP you do not
have the ability to change if it is or is not used. I am quite sure it is
enable with SP1 if available but I am not sure about the RTM Vista release.
