Vista - vista crash

vista crash

just bought vista home premium 32 bit put the disk in got to drive options
formatted HD was going very well until it got to copying files it stopped at
21% then up flashed the blue screen had to manually restart the pc still cant
get it going had it for less than 24 hours very very frustrated the shop
where i bought the pc from i e-mailed him the problem i was having his e-mail
reply was hand it in and i will install vista and all updates for you for £30
im sure there must be a solution out there if any 1 can help please reply

What are the specs on the PC?
What format are using when you format the hdd Fat32 or NTFS/
If trying to install on a built in SATA HDD is it connected to SATA
connector #1 on the Motherboard?

amd athlon dual core 6000+ 2 gig 800 ram 2x512 mb gt 8600 vid cards when i
format with vista i guess its with ntfs does it give u the option? and the
blue screen message im getting is the irql not less or equal i just paid
quite abit for vista i dont want to fork out another 30 if i dont have 2

If you are using a dual video card setup, try removing one of the cards
during installation.
