After Recovery Must Select "Recovery" from LTLDR

My Vista Altimate cashed. I successfully used the recovery function to bring
the system back to life. But, now each time I reboot the system I must
select recovery from the loader. Other wise it just get in a loop looking
for the correct load.

How do I point the loader to start without selecting the recovery function?
