| | Vista SP1 - USB PROBLEMS Since I replaced Windows Vista SP1 Beta with SP1 my notebook does'nt work with half of my USB items. All of the items work without any problems at all in my Windows XP laptop. I have uninstalled SP1 again and even after the uninstall I still have the problem. After uninstall I installed the latest drivers for my motherboard and updated all drivers and reinstalled SP1. The problem is STILL there !! What do I do - can anyone help ?? -- IPAA |

| | Re: Vista SP1 - USB PROBLEMS Hi Colin I seem to one of the very unlucky since I still have the same problem after trying almost everything. You are right Microsoft are very helpful but they need at least 3 days time to help with a problem and I am going on holiday for about 3 weeks time abroad. I just hoped to solve the problem before I go to be able to put photos on the notebook through the USB-ports. I guess I have to wait until I get back. Thank You anyway. -- IPAA "Colin Barnhorst" wrote: Quote: > Free support for SP1 is at: > https://support.microsoft.com/oas/de...spx?prid=11274 > > "IPAA" <IPAA@xxxxxx> wrote in message > news:25786A48-79A7-433A-9FB6-8E640872F005@xxxxxx Quote: > > Since I replaced Windows Vista SP1 Beta with SP1 my notebook does'nt work > > with half of my USB items. > > All of the items work without any problems at all in my Windows XP laptop. > > I have uninstalled SP1 again and even after the uninstall I still have the > > problem. > > After uninstall I installed the latest drivers for my motherboard and > > updated all > > drivers and reinstalled SP1. > > The problem is STILL there !! > > What do I do - can anyone help ?? > > > > -- > > IPAA |
