| Guest | in microsoft works the question can you help me figure out how to make the questions mark appear as a question mark and not the character above (a spanish e). the quotation marks also do the same thing. other characters are normal. thanks!! susan |

Language Options and make sure you've selected the correct choice; i.e., if in the US you want plain United States and not United States International. I don't know if Works has a separate place where you set your country or not. You have the keyboard set for Canada French or Canada International..
