Translucent selection rectangle

Trying to run dreamscene and get a message - " Dreamscene cannot run because
the show translucent selection rectangle has been disabled in performance
control panel." Where do I find it ? I have searched help etc. (Vista
Ultimate)

Thanks for response, Aero working, colour set to 32 bit, windows experience
3.3, desktop computer Pentium 4, 2 gigabite RAM. What is translucent
selection rectangle ?

What is translucent selection rectangle?

Left-click and hold anywhere on you desktop.
Drag to the bottom right. A "translucent selection" window should
appear.

Hello HarrowFlowers,

This tutorial will show you how to enable the Translucent Selection Rectangle again so you can stop the Dreamscene error.
