VISTA EYE CANDY and No support for Intel MB

VISTA RC1 32 Bit / 64 Bit both provide no support for my PCI Video slots on my
IntelĀ® Server Board SE7525RP2. I did a clean install on my 64 bit PC (both
32 bit and 64) using my NVIDIA PNY 7600

    GT PCI Express card.
this setup works fine with XP Professional 32/ 64.

This is due to VISTA's inability to assign resources to PCI express slot on
motherboard. When it boots up I have 4

bit color. When right clicking on my computer the error is: error 12,
'Unable to load drivers, not enough resources

to start this device, free up some resources and try again.' sad. : *(

Drivers and support for 3rd party hardware is not provided by Microsoft.
The drivers included in Vista were provided by the hardware manufacturers to
    Microsoft.

Have you contacted Intel and expressed your desires?
