Something strange about my new computer. when I turn off the computer, it
goes back on by itself. what should I do to fix the problem

Check both in BIOS and in Vista Power Mgt. settings that the Power Button is
set up to turn off computer; it seems now it's set up either to restore
computer in the state it was before pressing the button or to enter
sleep/hibernation but it does not.
