I get the exact same error. I've to a Feb CTP DVD hard copy for the VIP
program as well as the downloaded iso. I get the same error on two different
types of workstations with intel chip sets, IDE drives and 1 GB of Ram. I
tried a VMWare machine using a SCSI driver and followed the instructions
about using the command prompt to create a primary condition and that install
failed as well.

Could this be an issue with the version I have?
