Vista - installation problem

installation problem

I had downloaded the 32 bit edition and tried to install after creating
the boot cd .It gave an error that all files not available after
installing 10% of files (error 0x800703e6).

Please help me solve the problem

Boot CD?
AFAIK, you need to burn the ISO to a DVD using a feature of your burn
software called something like (depending on which software you use) "Burn
Image to Disk".
MS recommends that the burn be done at 1x or 2x to maximize quality.
