detection hardwares time

Hie
I just installed vista utltimate several times. Each time, after windows
loaded files,
the screen and the mouse pointer don't move. Windows is working ... But may
be in the ram ?! The user only see a pointer.
Suggestion
First hade a new LED detecting that the RAM is working. I think in the
future that windows will work often with the ram. this suggestion is for the
manufacter of motherboard too.
Indicate to the user by a new mouse pointer (draw Ã* 8 pins chip near it)
that windows works with the RAM.

Regards
