How to Eliminate XP Setup Option from Booting Vista?

Hello Board!

I am running Vista now but I attempted to install XP Pro for dual booting. However, when I decided to eliminate the XP Pro, for I found Vista is more suitable for me. Unfortunately, I now got stuck with the XP Setup option still lingering as the default option when the computer turns on. I thought I had completely removed the XP OS from my D:\ drive which was the drive for XP. Appearantly, somehow I did not completely remove all the XP files because obviously there is still a trace of it hidden somewhere in the system. I have looked into the msconfig>BOOT and there is only one default OS which is the Vista.
Is there any way I can get rid of the XP Setup option?

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.

This article tells how to install XP as a dual boot with Windows Vista installed first. The link I give to page 5 of the article tells how to remove XP if you decide you want to go back just to Vista:
