Damaged CD?

Hello. I got my DVDs in the mail (I ordered 2 sets of the public preview so I
got two sets of the RC1 free). Anyway, I open the case and take out the
32-bit DVD, look at the bottom and it's scratched around the outside... I
tried to install using this disc and it fails... So i open the other DVD case
to try the other disc and it's sratched as well! Did something happen during
shipping or were they shipped like this? How do I get replacements?

Re: Damaged C (DVD)?

I received 2 sets this afternoon and there is
nothing wrong with any of the 4 DVD's.

You would have to contact Microsoft about
replacements.

Re: Damaged C (DVD)?

Thanks for the post, although I am sorry that the disks arrived as damaged
goods.

Your post means that RC1 disks are on their way. rather than saying "it's
about time", I'll say, "thank you MS".
