Dualboot with 32 and 64bit Vists - install and uninstall Help

Happy New year guys

I hav a 64bit supported HP laptop with all drivers.

Currently am using 32bit Vista Home Premium ( pre installed )

but i would like to try 64bit Vista on my lappy.

I want to make sure, that am i install same Vista OS using dualboot?
will they work fine?

and if I not satisfy with 64bit, how can i remove it without affecting my 32bit Vista?
( means without bootloader, it wants to start my 32bit vista automatically, just like current time )

thats all guys
thnsk in advance.

Makes me wonder why you'd want to?
Do you have specific 64bit applications to run?
Do you have more than 4gb RAM

They are the only reasons for running 64bit Windows.
I have 64bit Vista Ultimate on one PC which has 8gig RAM which is why the
64bit O/S I also have a dual boot option on this PC with WinXP Pro 32bit -
can't say I notice any significant difference when using the same
applications in either O/S i.e. Adobe Photoshop I could not say there was an
improvement in performance between them, Pinnacle Studio 12 video editing
suite the same - rendering HD video still takes ages!!!

Re: Dualboot with 32 and 64bit Vists - install and uninstall Help

Hello Ron O'Brien.
Thank for the reply.

I am using VM ware for my studies. I need to run 4 or 5 Virtual OS at a time. Thats why I need more RAM. Thats why i try to use it. but, at the same time, i ned my 32 bit Vista for my other usual works.
so, I need two. I can put max 8gig Ram.
but i am not sure that i able to install the same 32 bit and 64 bit OS in same PC, ( deal boot )
waiting for your advice.
thanks
