Vista - cant use internet banking

cant use internet banking

install windows premium
internet banking works
turn feature - 'web server' on
put default.asp in wwwroot
change host - add '127.0.0.1 me.here.com.nz'
now internet banking page wont load
ie says 'Internet explorer cannot display the webpage
what the heck does that mean??

Nothing added to machine that does not come off MS windows DVD and still it
dies - brilliant - well written!!!

I have been having trouble logging into my Lloyds TSB internet banking, after doing a clean install of the Vista OS it works fine, after I have installed all of the updates for Vista I can no longer log in, It is definately a hotfix or security update conflict that is causing the problem, I have installed the OS twice and it has been the same both times, I have yet to find exactly which update is causing the problem.

Any input or help would be gratefully appreciated!
