User account seems "empty"

Hi!
One of the acconts on our pc dosnīt work properly...
The others are ok, but this one dosnīt show any files in document, or in pictures. Nor is the icons on the desktop there anymore.
But if I open the computer -> c: -> users -> "account" -> documents then the files is still there...

Any ideas how to solve this?
