Two things I can think of:
1. Go to Tools: Internet Options: General: Fonts: and choose the link "How
to Ignore preset fonts". This will allow you to specify the font and text
size that you prefer to read. This can be annoying though since it works on
all webpages and can make pages look bad. Because of this I recommend trying
step 2.
2. If your mouse has a scroll wheel (the wheel between the right and left
mouse button): Hold down control (Ctrl) and slowly move the wheel. It should
soom in/zoom out on the page changing the local resolution without changing
the global resolution.
If you dont like either option post back exactly why and we can go from there.
