Vista - Serious problem

I have a serious O.S. problem i cant resolve. While living with a friend of mines sister , her brother which at the time was an IT tech at a local company decided to re do my computer. While i was gone for a few days he set up my computer so he could access it remotely from his laptop. All of my registry and O.S. files are rearranged and changed for his convience , ive done atleast 15 system recoveries and searched the web on how to get my computer right. Does anyone have some advice on how to get my computer back normal .

Without knowing what all he might have done to your computer, you may be better off doing a clean reinstall of Vista. This way you will know that there will be nothing left of what he did on your computer, and that he will no longer be able to access it. Be sure to backup anything that you do not want to lose first though.
