Converting from XP to Vista

I just got a new computer with Vista Home and paid the tech to install
my programs and transfer all my files to the new computer. My old
computer ran XP professional. The tech loaded my Office 2003 Small
Business and now the eula agreement comes up every time I open any of
the different programs. He can't figure out how to sstop the eula from
popping up. Any help would be appreciated. It's bugging me and it
shouldn't! Thanks in advance!
