64 bit windows home premium
Get this error when trying to set a restore.
It at least looks like I have ownership of c: with all the permissions.
On permission, "Special permissions," is listed but not checked.
What now?

It says "access denied" but it doesn't say what is doing the denying. I
took ownership of C: with all permissions. Then I took ownership of
System Volume Information and all the subfolders, again with all the
permissions.
Before I took control they were owned by
S-15-21-410127512-2602421584-3980761889-10. Who in the world is that? It
is just astounding what Microsoft can come up with in terms of confusion
and obfuscation.
I've tried about a dozen solutions to my problem but nothing has worked
so far. Still can't set a restore point. Everything else seems to work ok.
