I burned the RC1 ISO file on to a DVD and I tried to Open the setup program
but it opens in my DVD program and asks me if I want to burn it again. I
can't even right click on the file to explore and see the files that are
there. What should I do?

You don't just burn the image file to a DVD like any other file. You must use
the special 'Burn Image' feature in your burn program. For example in Nero
you go to 'Recorder' select and select 'Burn Image'.
