blue screen death durning installation of vista

My PC Configuration Intel Core2Duo,Intel D945GCNL Motherboard,1Gb
Memory,160Gb SATA HDD......

At first all seems to go ok during installation, but in the last step,
finishing installation just before the first Vista session after
reboot... I get a horrible blue screen of death

I can't see what says the blue screen because it only appears for less
than a second and after the system reboots.

I am updated bios into new version and replaced memory and harddisk. no
addon cards inside the pc(like nic, modem).no usb or any external or
internal device. only motherboard,processor,ram,hdd,dvdrw,keyboard,mouse
and monitor Still problem existing

I have tried to install vista four times, and always get the same...

Someone can help please????

I am replace hdd with new still problem.and in my bios hdd mode is
legacy.i am never installed vista. this is first time i am trying please
help...!!!

Re: blue screen death durning installation of vista

Enter bios, set it to defaults
Double check all the mobo connections
Use a single ram stick
