RC2 installation not genuine?!?!

I clean installed Vista RC2 earlier this morning, using all my spare today
time to set it up. Well, after I have everything perfectly configured, a box
is now popping up every 5 minutes to tell me that it is NOT genuine. It has
disabled all the nifty features such as the Aero interface, etc.. I have
been running pre-rc1 for about 2 months. It is however, a valid copy of the
RC2 with the key which microsoft provided me in my email. What can I do
about this?

Re: RC2 installation not genuine?!?!

Make sure you date and time are correct. Do a clean install, not an upgrade
install.

Re: RC2 installation not genuine?!?!

Well, I woke up this morning, booted up, aero was back, everything was
normal. I went into system properties, activated without a problem.

That was wierd! I guess it was just a glitch. How can I go about reporting
that?

Re: RC2 installation not genuine?!?!

Most likey date and time as suggested. Try this link. May give you a better
understanding your problem. Simply run the diagnostic program on the page.
