Hi,
Did it work previously? Did you change any settings? If not, it is possible
that there is a problem with your mail server and you'll just have to wait
until they fix it.
If it's a new mail account in Windows Mail, click Tools/Accounts and then on
your mail account, then on Properties. Verify your settings on the server
tab against what is recommended by your ISP.
If this is a web-based mail service, you need to consult with the hosts.
