| | Re: Uninstalling Vista If you installed XP and Vista in a dual boot partition, yes, you can format Vista's partition from within XP, but if installed it on the XP Partition, I am afraid its a complete format. You have to boot from your XP CD to do so. -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta "Russell" <Russell@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:9594CD09-1496-4CD6-B462-0451D9536F4B@microsoft.com... > Vista is having to many problems on my machine. | | Re: Uninstalling Vista But what will happen to the dual boot? After i installed Vista, i noticed that the dual boot screen is not the same as XP's. What will happen if i format Vista's partition from within XP? Will the dual boot screen be gone? Or will it still be there?
