Hi,
I have ultimate and I am trying to install IIS7. However when I try to
turn on the feature the window that should display the features is empty?
Any ideas? I am running vista ultimate 64.

It seems there are a number of people having this problem and no resolution,
does anyone know how to bring this to the attention of someone who can fix it?
I'm also using Ultimate x64 on Athlon 4200 x2, nvidia geforce 7600gt, 2gb
ram ... I'm trying to use this box for Web Dev ... If you see this post and
are having the same problem please post a "Ditto" reply

Reply: Try making sure that parent paths are enabled inside the manage
section of IIS. Click on properties for the website you are using and
within the new dialogue box one of the tabs has an option of "enable
parent paths". This is usually set to disabled.

I would like to add my two cents. I am also having the problem on a work
notebook. We have spent the last 3 hours trying to get a solution. Searching
the net has only return back to reinstall. We can't do an "upgrade" because
the disk is a "restore" disk and not an install disk.
Where do we go from here...?
I cannot get Vista Business/IIS to "turn on". I tick the boxes, then click OK
but then I get an error message saying there was an error and the features
selected did not load. What can I do?
