Vista - Using WIM I get an error when trying to create a configuration fil

While trying to load install.wim into the WIM, I get the error:
Exception from HRESULT 0xC015001A.

Does anyone know 1.)what this is? and 2.) what to do about it? Any help is
appreciated

I just tried to create a catalog for Enterprise from BDD2007 System
Image Manager and got a HRESULT: 0x800F080D. Not the same as yours, but
I got an error as well.

Adding to this thread when I try to load install.wim using WSIM an exception
HRRESULT:0x800F080D is presented. Even if a valid .clg file exists in the
same folder as the .wim file the error is the same.
