Vista - error code 2738

when install windows live toolbar get error code 2738 Could not access
VBScript run time for custom action

i had the same error. I could not start, uninstall or reinstall iTune. It
said VBScript was unable to load....with error code 2738

i am getting error code 2738 on some downloads and also on an uninstall. i
tried the command prompt fix didnt work and also the windows scpript 5.6. i
need help to fix this and microsoft is no help at all of course for $59 all
is possible but probably not for this error. i couldnt find this error in
there knowledge base.as far as live toolbar i9 cant uninstall it.

I have got the same problem and many more and Idont know how to solve it I
have enough with vista!!!
