I have been using Windows Live One Care Beta for 2 months. I just received a
message from Microsoft giving me a special offer to download the ful software
at $19.95/month. I followed the instructions (uninstalled the Beta) and
restarted. Then when I went to the url they sent me, I can't see any area for
the special offer.
Any inputs?

Yeah - should be free; and even then I wouldn't install that puppy again! The
A/V is carppy, and same goes for all the other utilities in there!

This is exactly what I got but when I launch it, I only see a picture of a
man on the right, Windows Live on top, 5 links on the left (Live.com, Live
Search, Windows Live Messenger, Windows Live Spaces and Windows Live Mail).
Nothing else.

Where do you see the link for the purchse of Live One Care?

The funny think is that when I used my Blackberry to get the same link, I
can see a link called "Go" to purchase.

Any help?

Just double checked and I see exactly what you see on your blackberry.You
might try putting "www" at the beginning of the link.

You may not see the offers if your browser has turned off PopUps.

It shows up only as PopUps.

The offer was different for differnt countries, but it has long since expired,
