Vista - telephone Activation

I changed my hard drive on my computer and now it says my license is in use.
I am not getting the telephone activation on my screen. Is there something I
can do to get the telephone activation screen to comeup. I think it needs
some numbers from there and then I have to put some other numbers in to
activate it. Let me know...Thanks to all

Maybe it won't until after Jan 30th?

Click "Use the automated phone system" in the Windows Activation Wizard
to activate Windows Vista over the telephone.
