Vista Tutorial - DVD-RAM Driver Software/BD Driver Software remove

DVD-RAM Driver stops installation off vista, how can i remove a RAM driver LG
GSA 4040B device not shown in system programms
nero is installed version 7.7.5 newest incd is not installed

If anyone has the solution for this please let me know. I've removed my
DVD-RAM Driver but still getting Vista asking me to remove DVD-RAM Driver
Software/BD Driver Software.

It is seriously getting on my nerves. Not the best start Microsoft!!!

Paul did you find out how to do this yet I am in the same boat as you mate

Yes,

In the end I went with a custom installation (clean install), and not the
upgrade. It worked. Still having issues with sound, latest sound driver not
available yet, but that is only on sound editing apps.

Yeah, same problem here. However, I cann't find all the installers for all
my programs. So I cann't do a "clean" install.

I have the same problem and won't do a clean install. If you find out how to
remove "DVD-RAM Driver Software/BD Driver Software", please share it with me/
