Vista Tutorial - Stuck on Gathering flies step of installation?

I've been stuck at 0% on the "Gathering files" step during Installation. I
did alt-ctr-del and saw that it was still running (didn't have a Not
Responding). I don't want to kill it because it took forever to get through
the compatability check, etc.

Is it stuck? Or could this be normal?

Meant to say that it's been stuck at 0% for about an hour and a half.
