Roxio Backup MyPC

vista will not let me iupgrade until i uninstall Roxio Backup MyPC. my only
problem is i can't find it. i looked on the add/remove programs list, the
programs list in the start menu, and with the search tool. when i couldn't
find it there i went into regedit and deleted every entry i could find under
roxio but it didn't help.

any way i can get this to work shy of a clean install, assuming that will
work?
