OK I've tried a few times to install quickbooks pro 2001 and i wont do it . I
tried to install the wireless router (the guy from best buy said it would
work)but OS problems . and the printer they sold me w/ the laptop has OS
problems to.....is it me???????HELP

I am wondering around in this maze looking for some answers but it looks
