Vista - Move the public folder

Is it possible to change the location on the publuc folder (Pictures, Movies,
music).
On my user folder I could change it easily in properties on the spesific
folder.
I have that option on Public folder as well, but I can't manage to change it.

Please Help

Yeah, I want to move my Public folder too! I have a big Seagate setup as D:
and want to get it off of my fast little Raptor which is C:

Did you ever figure anything out???? This seems like this would be a common
request. I want to get all of my multimedia shared and stored in one spot.

Since nobody didnt find any solution until now, I have change my HDD-grouping.
