Error after Entering Windows Vista Home Premium

I disabled Windows Defender (sorry, I use PC-cillin Internet Security 2007)
and now when I boot into Windows I get a popup stating something like:
"Windows Has blocked the start of a program...click to see....." And I have
to shut the message off or it keeps popping up. Any ideas how to get the
popup to stop?

Thank You

Re: Error after Entering Windows Vista Home Premium

The pop-up has a systray icon.
Click on that and open up the Startup Explorer
Find the problem item and either disable it, or live with it.
