| | Finally fixed my rebooting/blue screen problems! Okay, this is what I did. I went into my BIOS and noticed something under Power Management I believe it was. If anyone has something called "Cool'n"quiet" DISABLE it. I disabled it and just like that, Vista installed like a champ and I'm running on it now. The two hours of technical support did not do anything and said it was my media that was the culprit. pfffft. Hopefully this fixes the problem for most people! ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. | | Re: Finally fixed my rebooting/blue screen problems! I bet you have borderline memory issues. Maybe due to a power supply. Run the Vista memory checker and find out. And don't be surprised that the Windows Tech didn't know to hack around in your Bios.
