Vista - Re: XP OEM -> Vista RC1 -> Vista Ultimate

Windows Vista upgrade need to be installed from an existing installation of
a qualifying operating system such as Windows XP.
Beta versions such as RC-1 do not qualify.

To use the upgrade, you will need to install Windows XP.
Or you can purchase a full version of Vista and upgrade your current
installation of Windows Vista.
