Vista - Missing moviemaker file during vista installation

Trying to install Windows vista onto a new partition (don't want to upgrade
my XP), getting a missing file error (80070002),. The setuperr.log shows the
following. I don't have a moviemaker file in the directory
c:\windows\winsxs... what's going on?

I am install vista business version, I currently have XP professional.
